Conveniently located, but room needs attention

Conveniently located to attractions and restaurants. Area outside of room dirty and cluttered with chairs. Drain plug missing in bath tub. Hair dryer didn't work. They need directions to use the Smart TV. Very hard to find any free channels. It cost $20/night to park there.

Room was huge, beds were comfortable. Bathroom was pretty clean, but not totally clean. Towels very thin. Hot water was steady, but water-saving showerhead, so low flow low pressure. Toiletries minimal, barely adequate. Expected more. Breakfast included, but totally high sugar, high carb, low fibre. No whole wheat bread. No eggs. Yogurt the only protein. Couldn't keep up with the demand for waffles, yogurt and fruit, kept running out. No herbal teas. Breakfast room way too tiny for the volume of visitors. Indoor seating for 8 at best, then too crowded to move. There were over 20 people trying to find seats. All seating is meant to be outdoors, which is only good for about 3 months of the year.

Conveniently located. Parking is $20/ night. Bath towel is very small n thin. Bath soap not good . No shower mats. Dangerous can fall down. Hair drier did not work because old power socket. Breakfast is reasonable. Rat running in the because ac not fitted well , holes around the ac. The rest is ok for an old property. You get to know the terms n conditions after you book the property, should be told beforehand.
