If you like a somewhat budget friendly hotel, this will suffice. Away from the main busy street, but close enough to be on the way.. Parking is still crazy expensive $20 / night with additional charges for unsupervized and random outdoor parking, tight space, full of potholes. Facilities are pretty old. Decent, but old.. The air-condition or heater was so loud. Had to turn it off. Sacrificing temperature for sleep. The sheets have too much lint and fuzz (been sneezing since checking in the room). They wont do daily housekeeping (unless asked).. It gets pretty loud. They don't have rules for noise or disturbances.. Other visitors were running around the hallway for hours. Other visitors are loud even until 3am. Can't seem to contact the front desk for both occasions. We used the phone from the room and our personal phones to contact the hotel. Both unsuccessful.. Good enough if you just want a place to keep your luggages while roaming Niagara. But best to keep away if you want to rest or a good night sleep.

Really enjoyed our time in the pool it was a nice convenient drive to my son less then 5 min so I enjoyed that would definitely come back
