Hotel is located very close to Clifton Hill and is great for families. The room had a balcony and was perfect for watching the fireworks. The room itself has peeling paint and broken furniture but was very clean.

This is my 2nd stay at this property. Staff is very friendly and professional.. Property is clean, and a close walk to Clifton Hills. Our room was upgraded which was an added bonus.

This is *FALSE ADVERTISING!* I don't know how there aren't more bad reviews. The "new" tower was built in the early 2000s and the only things that have even been updated are the floors and door locks. The bathroom is old, dirty and moldy. The paint is old, the jets in the tub are moldy and there is a vent in the ceiling that is visibly caked with dirt and mold. They are literally hiding health hazards and Tanya got annoyed that I didn't try to get help like changing rooms or someone coming to actually wipe the dust off of the surfaces.. but just like the minor cosmetic "renovation" they did didn't fix the issues of the old gross building. Definitely not worth the money except the view of the fireworks for 5 minutes. Even the pillows & beds were over 2 decades old which you'd think would be an automatic reno. Especially if you have sensitivities to mold, dust and old buildings, DON'T STAY HERE. Even after everything that was wrong & promising to waive the fee, the guy at the front desk also charged me $16 for checking out at 11:56 instead of 11:30.

The room I purchased online looked nothing like the room they gave me The curtains were ripped, the carpets were extremely nasty and stained. When I mentioned it to the hotel staff they were not empathetic at all.
