Pour vos vacances familiales ou entres amis (idéal pour 4 couples), nous vous proposons dans notre village de Biot, village mondialement connu pour ses verreries, situé à 8 km d’Antibes et de la grande bleue entre Cannes 18 km et Nice aéroport 20 minutes.
Un quartier très résidentiel dans une impasse au calme absolu avec une vue dégagée, villa de 240m² sur deux niveaux avec sa piscine à débordement, le tout sur un terrain arboré de 3000m² .
Rez de chaussée composé d’une entrée donnant directement sur une salle à manger, un salon cheminée, un salon télévision et une belle cuisine ouverte et un toilettes invités. Le tout faisant environ 80m² , prolongé à l’extérieur d’une grande terrasse de 30m² et la piscine.
Une chambre parentale de 16m² avec un petit balcon, un dressing de 9m² et une salle de bain avec toilettes.
