Ideally located just a few steps from Place Garibaldi, the apartment is set on a quiet typical Old Nice street. Located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, it has been entirely redesigned by an architect. All equipment and furnishings (including bedding) are brand new. We aimed to create a lively, personal, and cosy apartment. Passionate about cinema and art, a projector as well as a selection of books and DVDs are available for guests.



Nearby: local food shops and restaurants, the flower market, the Port, and the Promenade des Anglais—all in the heart of the city.
