This is a very good, clean, basic hotel. It's a very short walk (maybe 5 mins) from the airport. Same for tram, train and bus, including to Sophia Antipolis. Wifi worked perfectly (no real need to get the paid upgrade, the ordinary service was fine for email and everything). TV, shower all good. Toiletries basic, no kettle or facilities. Soundproofing isn't great, you can hear the telephone calls of your neighbour.
