It offers an entrance, a dining room, a living room with king size sofa bed, a full equipped separate kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a shower room and a toilet. You will love having your breakfast on the terrace which offers partial sea view. Lympia Cove offers air conditioning everywhere and a private garage on site with additional cost. All restaurants and shops are down the buidling. The beach La Reserve is at 5 minutes away walking distance. Nice city center is at 5 minutes with the tramway located at 200m from the building. Perfect for a holiday rental in Nice.
