Great hotel. Fantastic location with lovely views. We booked a small room with a courtyard view which was fine for our 1 night stay. When booking again for longer I would book a larger room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A short walk to the harbour and around the other side a short walk into the old town which was nice.

The hotel is on the port side of Nice Parking was excellent Our room sea facing was excellent and it is an easy walk via the marina to the old town Good restaurants around Breakfast was good They definitely need more staff at the restaurant in the evening so we went out of the hotel to dine

Despite some cobwebs on the ceiling the room was clean. AC/fan didn't work, the open balcony doors helped but very loud over the restaurant and street. Restaurant dining was good, staff friendly. Location lovely, very walkable. Excellent parking and amazing views. Beds were OK for comfort.

Mixed review. Pros: Truly an exceptional view. And exceptionally clean! The room itself was also cute and had everything needed. Challenges: The hotel had a sign that it could book a taxi to the airport on departure, which I did, but the driver was so late I had to scramble at 6:30 AM to find alternate transit to make my flight. I would stay again but would not book transportation through the hotel. The restaurant was also unexpectedly closed to guests for the duration of my stay, which was a shame as it looked lovely and the outdoor view area and bar were roped off.

Note the following 1 There is AC thermostat in room . This for decoration only. three days we stayed and on very hot days we had to ask reception to turn on AC 2 internet is spotty. Does not stay for long disconnects frequently 3 little out of the way from old town where most restaurants shopping
