Amazing full apartment
Perfect spot to stay with full kitchen, bath, washing machine, 3 balconies and elevator access. Easy 8-10 walk to beach and Promenade des Anglais; grocery, shops, restos even closer. Only thing to note is that you must retrieve keys from alt location (very close by) so I did 2 stops with my Uber driver and it was fast and easy! Would definitely stay again.

Not what expected.
We have stayed at many VRBO apartments in France before so we are used to most conditions. This apartment proved to be lacking. First the bed was not comfortable for 2 normal sized adults. The frame was a bit unstable and the mattress sloped inward leaving it difficult to share. In fact one of us took turns sleeping on the couch. Next the owner did not supply the basics: there was little toilet paper, no paper towels or napkins, one small soap. We had to purchase this as was difficult because small amounts are difficult to find. Next the furniture was very worn out and old looking. The pictures that were posted were not at all accurate. On the American listing it stated there was air conditioning but in fact there were only fans The one good thing was it’s location.

The property fitted with our needs, with the surroundings, the proximity of "promenade des anglais".Just , the apartment need to be improved, with the furniture that are a little old, but the bed in the bedroom was comfortableThe conciergery was very reactive with us
