Fantastic place and manager. I leave this tip for future visitors and not as a reflection of the listing. You do NOT need a car in Old Town Nice. If you must rent, don't rent until the day you need to leave, and just take the tram or an Uber to the airport. We loved the place, the host, and the location and would definitely stay here again.

Cute two bed apartment in Old Town Nice

Great location on a quiet residential street. Close to shops and restaurants. Host was very friendly and was very communicative/accessible if we needed anything!
