Loved our stay in Nice. The roof top terrace was so refreshing for morning coffees or to relax and watch the sunset in the evening. Apartment was clean with well equipped kitchen. We took the local bus to get into city centre - just a 15 minute ride. Walking along the promenade was 30 minutes. Highly recommend this property for your stay in Nice.

Beautiful view and patios. Good space and amenities. Good value for price. Updated bathrooms, however one drain was clogged. Uncomfortable and small beds. Convenient bus stop location. Horrible cat pee smell when entering the building, but apartment smelled fine.

Great appartement

The locatie of the appartement was perfect, you’re quick on the main streets of Nice, easy to get to the beach (by car due to the heat) The appartment is a bit out dated but everything you need is there and Therry has been very helpful in facilitating us and quick in responding to requests and questions. The view and outside terrace are magnificent. It’s challenging to park sometimes but it can be done. I forgot that there is no AC and it’s was seriously hot 35C. It takes some getting used to.

Views are spectacular, but…

The views are beautiful from both sides of the apartment. The apartment is a good size. It has eating areas on both sides of the apartment. The negatives are that everything is very old, out dated and the whole apartment needs a deep clean. The beds are very uncomfortable. The patio could be beautiful but it’s dirty. The apartment has no air conditioning but has provided fans. Unfortunately, they were absolutely filthy. I would say this apartment has great potential, it does need some TLC.

Extraordinary terrace with panoramic view of Nice and the sea!! Thierry is an accommodating host who promptly answered any questions we had. He welcomed our dogs, who also loved the terrace. The building is located on a secure site with several other buildings. The penthouse apartment is a large accommodation with well equipped kitchen for complete meal preparation should you wish to do that. And you will, because the terrace is so amazing! There are two other smaller terraces to the rear, one off of the kitchen and another off of another bedroom. The primary bedroom faces the seaside terrace and has a nice en-suite full bathroom.Other reviews mentioned noise from a nearby freeway. Fortunately the freeway is behind this property and there is another building between you and the freeway. I am pretty sensitive to noise however it did not affect our stay. Even if you are bothered, you could close the rear widows and doors to isolate from sound. We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to stay again.
