We will be delighted to welcome you in our flat in Nice, located only 1 minute to the sea. We hope that you will enjoy the city and the French Riviera as much as we do. Our ideally located and fully equiped flat is the perfect starting point should you like to rest at the beach, to tour the city, to visit Monaco or Cannes, or even to escape for hiking.

9-day stay in Nice - fantastic property

Our party of 3 adults had a fantastic experience at this property. Clean, quiet, excellent location, everything exactly as listed. Easy, minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Carrefour Market within one block, had everything needed for our stay (food, snacks, toiletries, etc.) Almost every day we walked rue de France to Place Massena and the Old Town/Flower Market, sometimes multiple times. Nice is hot in summer, but the walking is easy a there are many (many, many) dining options and shopping within easy reach. We also did a day trip to Monaco, easy walk to/from Nice Ville station and taking the train. AC in the unit works very well, was such a necessity given how hot Nice was when we were there. We had one hitch where the wifi lost connectivity once. Beata responded quickly via text with instructions to reset. Fixed, never had another problem. Beata also reached out to make sure everything was going well and we were enjoying our stay. We arrived early on checkin day, so had the great pleasure of meeting Sylvie. She was so helpful with suggestions and offering to get anything we needed for our stay. We were able to leave our luggage early and go have a nice lunch while she finished getting the unit ready. One note (not a criticism at all): for those coming from the US at least, we weren't aware that France starts numbering the floors of buildings starting at 0. So, where this unit says it's on level 2 (with stairs only), to us Americans it was actually the 3rd floor.

The stay in southern France was very nice , my tenth trip. The owner, Beata was terrific and very accommodating . I was however not pleased with the physical layout and the listing of this rental. The apartment itself was clean and well located but it is not as advertised a two bedroom apartment. The toilet location was also a disappointment, it is not in the bathroom but in an area of the apartment next to the kitchen in what appears to be a closet completely separated from the bathroom. The condo is really a one bedroom with a futon located in the second room which is a combination living room and kitchen with a kitchen table . Not a conventional bedroom by any stretch of the imagination. Amenities were acceptable, I requested a two bedroom condo and this certainly was not it. The ad simply stated two bedrooms and bath.
