Close to the promenade but 20 minute walk to city Center. Overall very good and clean. Love the water & coffee station. Walking distance to the beach and the promenade

Would try again, but with slight hesitation

A different experience when not at your typical hotel. Almost felt like a very expensive hostel. With just the room and no service, but was nice. I’d consider doing again, but also like to be able to call or speak to someone with ease. The app/website wasn’t working so hard difficulty getting the codes.

Never stayed in this hotel again.

The elevator broked down and we were in the seventh floor. The receptionist pretended us to bring our three heavy luggages down the seventh floors. Then she told the night shift receptionist to do that next morning and he couldnt do it because it was too much for him. Even we requested our daily room service from day one; we only have 2 days of cleaned room. The coffee machine didnt work have of the time, housekeeper had actitud, she deficated on our toilette, it was horrible.

Check-in communication was chaotic. The attendant didn't seem to want to help us. The app is nice but the hotel has no one at the front desk most of the time. The coffee machine in the lobby was often not working and the room was incredibly small. If the price was reflective of the room and service, it would be manageable but hopefully Sonder will improve their hospitality.

We had a great stay! The property is very clean and well maintained. We had a 7th floor room with a gorgeous view of the city, the mountains and the sea. The wrap around balcony was wonderful. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Nice stay

A nice hotel near to the tramline. Staff were lovely. The room itself was a little tired & could do with being redecorated. We had a balcony which was nice. There is a lot of traffic noise as the hotel is on quite a busy junction. On the day of checkout the lift was out of order. I reported it on the hotel website but did not get a reply. In the end we had to haul our luggage down 4 flights of stairs.

Great rooms while small…hotel size apts offer sea view balconies with a good view of the Mediterranean and the units are clean and functional. The balcony is fantastic with blue chairs for excursion planning or winding down. Water is hot and very well cleaned. Good windows that cancel sound and privacy power shutters!!
