Great location!
This property is located in a very good location. It's close to the airport and steps to the train line, which means it's easy to access the entire city.
My biggest critique is that the apartment does not have Wifi, but I am not certain I understood this before booking. Communication with the owner is minimal, so it is not so easy to get questions answered.
The beds are not the most comfortable, but they were clean.
It is also very hard to understand how the washer/dryer works. We figured it out via google.
We also parked on the street in front of the unit, as we couldn't get the parking garage door to open.
I would recommend it as a place to stay, but I would suggest that Wifi and clearer communication from the owner would make the stay more pleasurable.

we did not stay!
Apartment needs a lot of updating and repairing, living room and bedrooms are ok, kitchen is not clean, mould around cooker and on walls, oven still had food around it.
bathroom is tiny, lots of cracked floor tiles all around living room. live light switch with no cover on. Host has no interest in helping is unresponsive to messages and took our money without even staying an hour. He never tried to resolve the situation, we were left in nice to find alternative accommodation due to lack of communication, property was not as stated when booking, please be mindful of this when booking

Schöner Blick aufs Meer.... ABER stark verschmutztes Geschirr im Schrank, alte zerkratze, nicht nutzbare Pfannen, schimmliges Gefrierfach, ein Herd, bei dem nur 2 Platten nutzbar sind. Bei Zuschaltung der 3. Platte springt die Sicherung raus, stark verschmutzter Backofen, sehr übel riechendes Bad, wackeliges Wachbecken, fehlende Fliesen an der Dusche! Balkon wurde als Abstellfläche für defekte Geräte und Unrat genutzt. Der Vermieter hat tagelang nicht reagiert. Auf gesandte Beweisfotos wurde bis heute nicht reagiert. 165 € Reinigungskosten sind vollkommen unangemessen!
Nizza ist eine wunderschöne Stadt, die wir auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen werden aber auf keinen Fall in dieser Wohnung!!!!!!!

Gute Lage, schöne Sicht
Die Ferienwohnung ist zwar etwas ausserhalb, aber mit Tram gut erreichbar. Ca. 20 Min. bis Zentrum. Die Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer waren sauber. Die Küche war nicht sauber und Geräte defekt. Die Schlüsselübergabe eher mühsam. Der Balkon mit schöner Meeressicht. Die Landungen der Flugzeuge hat uns nicht gestört. Leider nur 1 Liegestuhl für 4 Personen. Der Strand ist sehr nah zu Fuss in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Preis-Leistung für Nizza OK.
