Located in the quiet village of La Gaude in the countryside, 15 minutes from the seaside, 1 hour from the Mercantour park.
The house
- The house consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor: living room-kitchen, master bedroom with bathroom.
- Upstairs, living room, office, 2 bedrooms, one with mezzanine (kids bedroom) and a bathroom (shower & toilet).
- Furnished outdoor terrace, 50m² of greenhouse made of glass and wood/loggia overlooking the garden / forest. Access to the 100 m² garden.
- Permaculture summer vegetable garden available.
- Unobstructed view of nature, no construction, nor opposite.
- public car park (2 min walk from the house)
The Area
The district is that of "Basse Gaude", near the village square and the cinema. There are all amenities on foot (mini markets, grocery store, bar-restaurant, tobacco) within walking distance. You will be in the heart of the village, but in a green and peaceful setting. The house is located on the hillside. The view is overhanging and overlooks nature. Calm assured.
