Niedernsill is a picturesque holiday place in the heart of the Austrian Alps, equally likely in summer as well as winter. The Zell am See-Kaprun ski area has 97 km of slopes for cross country skiing. Skiers can take advantage of the two ski resorts that are within easy reach at a distance of 12 km. In high season, the ski area of nearby Walchen is also a great challenge for little skiers or beginners. In summer, there are many sports and hiking opportunities, and you can quickly reach most of the sights that Salzburgerland has to offer. Supermarkets for groceries are at 1.4 km while restaurants are at 1.7 km. The lake at 2.3 km is excellent for a pleasant day out.

The chalet is spacious, atmospheric and very practically furnished. On the ground floor you have a cosy living room with wood-burning stove and direct access to the balcony, a separate modern kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the basement, or actually ground floor because the house is built on a slope, are the remaining two bedrooms with the second bathroom. Here you have a beautiful terrace with a stunning view. The home has electric heating and a cosy wood stove in the living room for warmth. You can enjoy home-cooked meals on the terrace and admire the stunning views simultaneously. Kids will be happy as there is ample for them. The host also welcomes 2 pets for € 5/Pet/Night.

Public transport and ski bus are available 1.4 km away, and the nearest ski lift is 11.3 km away.
