Renovated, contemporary-style detached house with plenty of natural light, comprising an open-plan living room/kitchen, a lounge, a bedroom with a private shower room and toilet (one queen-size bed), a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a bedroom with two twin single beds (90x200cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet. Wi-Fi is available. A raised terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a pergola sits on a 2,000m² plot. Just 300m from the cottage, a 20,000m² private pond is available for no-kill fishing (carp and predators). Veillon Beach is 17km away. Oil-fired central heating, wood-burning stove included. Pellet stove includes the first bag (additional bags: €6 per bag).
