Bright, renovated, contemporary-style detached house comprising an open-plan living room/kitchen, lounge, one bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC (one 160x200cm bed), one bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, and one bedroom with two 90x200cm beds that can be joined together, a shower room, and a separate WC. Wi-Fi. A raised terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, and pergola on a 2000m² plot. A 20,000m² private pond is available for catch-and-release fishing (carp and predatory fish) 300m from the house. Veillon beach is 17km away. Oil-fired central heating and a wood-burning stove are included. A pellet stove is available with the first bag included (additional bags: €6 each).

Optional extras: Cleaning fee: €70/stay; bed linen rental for 1 and 2 people. €15/bed/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.
