The apartment is part of a peaceful residential complex with a swimming pool, private parking, and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The beach, restaurants, cafés, and shops are less than a 5-minute walk away.



The highlight is the spacious 40 m² terrace, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea, the village, and the mountains. It's the perfect spot for breakfast, outdoor meals, or unwinding after a day at the beach. The pool is open year-round thanks to Las Negras' pleasant climate in every season.
