レストランサービスが最悪

施設全体は、きれいでまま普通。 お風呂からの景色は、一度体験するとまた行きたくなるくらい空が綺麗です。 特に月は綺麗でした！ 星空を見るために新月狙うのもありかと レストランのサービスは、最悪 ファミレス以下 19:30と遅めのスタートしか空いてなったのですが5分ほど早めに行くと、 あきらかに席が空いてるにもかかわらす、時間前なので予約時間以降に再度来るよう言われ。 席が空いてることをしてきると、仕方ないですねーと言われて一番端の席に案内され。 食事をして20時以降にまわりを見るとガラガラ 嫌がらせで奥まった席に入れられたようです。 初日にガイアの夜明けでレストランには力入れてる内容でしたが仕込みの番宣 このグループは２度と泊まらない

食事についてはがっかりした。ビュッフェタイプで色々あるのはいいが、刺身はくずの寄せ集め、ローストビーフは小さく、えび天は つぶして揚げたよう。豪華さを感じるものが何ひとつない。酒のつまみのよう。 酒がフリ➖なのは酒を多く飲む人にとっては満足かもしれませんが、飲まない私たちには不満な宿でした。

人件費をおさえるためか、チェックインの時に妻が荷物を運ぶ時に手伝ってくれない。システム上なのかセルフサービス。また、夕食で座席案内通り行くと既に別の人が使っていた。囲いがあっていい席でした。別の席を案内されたが、あまり納得しなかったので、スマホでの写真撮影サービス時に、その旨を伝えたら翌日の朝食時は、囲いのある席にします。その時に撮影しましょうと言われましたが、翌朝の席は囲いのある席ではなく、普通の席で何も対応はしませんでした。お風呂の設備は全て良かったです。自然は、素晴らしい夜景と日の出と紅葉で、素晴らしかったです。

全般的に良かったが　朝夕2食共ビュッフェだったが　お料理の補充が遅くて無くなっていた物があり　二度手間の時がままあったのが残念でした。

Sehr schön gelegen, und Top Onsen.

Wunderschönes Hotel inmiten eines Hügeligen Waldes. Umwerfende Aussicht vom Onsen in der obersten Etage. Die Lage ist super für Aussflüge in der Region
