THE ACCOMMODATION The Pavilion is an independent 45m2 accommodation located in a patio of architectural and historical building; former residence of the Marquis de Valfons (XVIII century). He own his private garden 80m2 in ground floor and its private rooftop 23m2 on the 2nd floor accessible only by pavillon's indoor stairs.
Fully equipped kitchen hight startdard with a convection and microwave oven, a chiller&freezer, a dishwasher and a capsule Krups nespresso coffee maker, boiler, toaster... The laundry area is equipped with and washing machine, iron, and Dyson vacuum. You'll have everything you need to feel right at home!
Get ready to experience ultimate comfort in the open mezzanine floor bedroom! You'll be sleeping on a cozy bed 160x200 with a Bultex mattress and linen 100% cotton. You'll have your own attached shower room and toilet. Air dryer at your disposal. The house's thick stone walls keep it cool in the summer and warm in the winter, it has been recently renovated with high-performance materials and double glazing to meet energy efficiency standards. Plus, you'll have AC.
