This hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful, and the breakfast was hands down the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. This was our second time at Chalet Ivy, and it did not disappoint. The staff were again so friendly and helpful. The thing I love the most the immense level of peace I feel when stay there. It is also a great location, and the ski equipment we rented direct from the hotel was in good condition.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Chalet Ivy. The room was a good size and the drying cupboards were very welcome as they helped to dry out ski jackets etc. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of choices. Staff were helpful and polite. The ski concierge and hire service was also very useful. Prices for ski hire were competitive except for helmets which were a lot cheaper to hire elsewhere eg Rhythm
