Tres bon sejour

Maison idéalement située. Vue exceptionnelle. Mitoyenneté qui peut-être gênante du fait du vis a vis en terrasse car il n y a aucune séparation entre la terrasse et celle des voisins. Enfin, l ideal serait d avoir une chambre parentale au même niveau que la chambre d'enfant car l escalier qui va à la tres jolie mezzanine n est pas adaptée aux jeunes enfants. Quoi qu il en soit avons passé un super séjour avec une meteo idéale ! Nous sommes ravis !

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances à la Caravelle! La vue sur la mer qui est un nouveau spectacle à chaque heure de la journée, le calme, la plage: un paradis! C'est sur nous y retournerons!

Belle situation

Face à la plage on ne se lasse pas de la jolie vue sur la baie. L'équipement est adapté aux vacanciers, rien ne manque. La décoration intérieure est éclectique, l'extérieur mérite un rafraichissement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Quelle vue!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette maison très agréable, au calme, reposante, bercés par cet océan au gré des marées. À noter: la chambre du rez de jardin ne communique avec la maison que par un escalier extérieur.

Superbe location pieds dans l’eau

Maison très confortable et très agréable à vivre. Idéalement située à proximité du charmant quartier du Vieil, elle offre une vue magnifique et un accès Direct à la mer. Les diverses terrasses qui entourent la maison permettent de profiter de l’extérieur en permanence, selon le soleil et l’orientation du vent. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille : pêche à pied, kayak et bains de mer sont à portée de main! Le propriétaire est très sympa.

Un lieu parfait dans une maison avec une âme

Bien sûr la vue sur la mer est époustouflante, vous marchez quelques pas pour passer de votre canapé à votre serviette sur la plage. La maison est agréable à vivre et conviviale. Ce fut un lieu parfait pour nous deconfiner après plus de 2 mois bloqué dans notre appartement ! Une terrasse qui fait tout le tour oú on peut dejeuner, s'installer dans des transats, etc Enfin comme nous etions en télétravail un point important et plus accessoire en vacances :le wifi haut debit est performant ! On a envie d'y revenir. L'arrivée à été parfaite, l'agence nous attendait pour tout nous expliquer. Les propriétaires ont été ouverts et répondu à nos demandes. Pour être constructif je mettrais deux points d'amélioration : les escaliers sont très raides pour des jeunes enfants mais ce n'est pour acceder qu'à la chambre des parents et il faudrait rendre plus accueillant le bas de maison qui donne au garage et a une des chambres (petite terrasse en bois, coup de karcher dans les escaliers extérieurs)... mais histoire de dire ! En résumé : ravis de notre séjour !

Cela vaut toujours la peine de faire un voyage

Le fait que nous en sommes maintenant à notre troisième année de réservation parle de lui-même. La maison est tout simplement magnifiquement située et peu importe si le soleil brille ou si les nuages couvrent le ciel, la vue sur la mer est toujours comme dans un cinéma et l'île est (au moins en dehors de la saison principale des voyages) un endroit merveilleux pour se détendre. Nous reviendrons...

Zwei phantastische Wochen...

...haben wir auf der Insel verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen und wir konnten mit dem Fahrrad entspannte Touren zum Einkauf und in die Umgebung starten. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr umfänglich und alles war gut in Schuss. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen :-)

Tout a déjà été dit dans les précédents commentaires! Noirmoutier, Le Vieil, la maison, la vue, la plage et son ambiance familiale, tout est parfait. Nous y passons nos vacances depuis 5 ans, et toute la famille ne pense qu'à y retourner d'une année sur l'autre. Merci Alexandre pour les améliorations d'une année sur l'autre, et RDV en 2018!

Relaxing holidays right on the beach

Two weeks in June/July with a family of five. Very nice and bright house, tastefully equipped and with all the amenities you need. Perfect for 4-6 people but can house up to 8 or 9 if necessary. Very large terrace with places to sit both in front of and behind the house, wherever you fancy depending on sunshine or time of day. Splendid view on the sea even from within the house. Unmatched location, literally five metres from the terrace to the sandy beach and therefore perfect (not only!) for children. The closest bakeries and other shops are downtown, a smooth ten-minute ride by bike, and there's another small supermarket in Le Vieil a bit closer. Alexandre was very helpful and responsive to any question we may have had. Thank you very much! We usually pick a different place for summer holidays every year but this is a place we would happily return to.

Avons passez un agréable séjour à Normoutier en l Ile dans une très grande maison très bien située au bord de l eau. Endroit très calme et vue sur mer splendide. Maison à recommander si nous le pouvons nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
