Cozy and peaceful place to call home for a few nights or longer as we have has some guests stay for months and love it.We are centrally-located place 5 minutes to the beach and boat ramps and the New Sarasota Memorial Hospital,Very well located to everything, stay with us at a cozy affordable nightly price w/fully fenced in yard.Publix is across the street along with Starbucks fast food & many wonderful places to eat,Close to the highway and perfectly located between Sarasota & Venice,This 2 bed 1 bath cottage that has been fully updated,Washer and dryer,Tankless Water Heater,Watch your favorite Sports game or watch a movie on the comfy couch on the 60" Tv In the Living Room.Very secluded and private Home.You can hang outside in the large Privacy fenced yard and have a fire or use of the grill for some nice steaks on the Weber Grill & sit around the Sunshade and relax for the day or evening,This is a very private home but everything is still so close Bring Your Boat Plenty Of Parking!
