Didn’t feel like a full ocean view, I’d call it a partial. The only true ocean views are the suites at the end of the hall. The elevator not working in the south hall absolutely sucked and having to listen to the construction by the pool and at the beach was obnoxious. The food in the tradewinds lounge was their biggest redeemer. The sales associate who harassed us and insulted us for a timeshare was a bit crappy too. 5k+ should’ve got us nicer, but there wasn’t much else we could do once we got there and ran into all of this stuff.

June 7-12 NOT crowded! Family of 3 with a 15 year old daughter. Great teen resort! Attention beach goers: beach is amazing! This was the biggest reason we picked this hotel. IMO: best beach. The beach hut app worked great at 8 am. We never paid for a beach hut, the complimentary ones were amazing! You can reserve and pay $30 at 5pm on app if you want front row the following day. Everyone at resort was so nice! Pool area is gorgeous and the pool is incredible. Ocean is breathtaking and we got floats from the resort free daily. Pool happy hour DJ was great! We did use the fitness center in the early morning and it was impressive for a hotel gym. We were outside most the day and only showered and slept in our rooms so the construction did not bother us at all. Rooms DEFINITELY need to be renovated, but they were still nice and clean. House keeping was quick and our room was always cleaned by the time we came up from the beach. My family wanted beach & relaxation so we did not do any excursions. We did walk everywhere! If you are a walker and staying in palm beach area, pack shoes/sandals you can walk in. There is a trail connecting Palm Beach/hotels. We walked to coffee shops, breakfast, some lunch and dinner/shopping everyday. Shop at Aruba Aloe! We are non drinkers so I have no info about alcoholic drinks. Great gelato in lobby! Restaurants in hotel were limited so be prepare to explore! Will stay here again after rooms are renovated!

The people who work there are wonderful. Sylvia, at the beach; the men working at the beach, the porters, the concierge go out of their way to help. Sophia Palmer, Claudia in sales, all the people at Tradewinds are fabulous employees. They made our stay so enjoyable. We will be back very soon

The whole experience was excellent with one minor issue. We were unimpressed (to say the least) with the Lobby food and how expensive it was !!!!

The direct beach access was a highlight of our trip. It was so convenient to walk right from the resort onto the sand, and the beach itself was stunning. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The resort and rooms are gorgeous and clean and we enjoyed our trip here. My only gripe would be that our room on the first floor had a patio facing the Adult pool. On Saturday night, the resort held a wedding at the pool that was extremely loud with the bass from the DJ shaking our room and any room looking on the adult pool area. For the level of resort that this represents, it surprised me that they would subject guests to this. Other than this, I would recommend this resort. Just ask for a room that doesn’t border an area hosting any parties.
