This property is like a five star elite and felt very upscale. It was at the very end of Palm Beach and beginning of Eagle Beach but excellent location. It was across the street from the beach, but they have an underground tunnel to safely walk across the street. It was huge and they offered free coupons for drinks at happy hour every night at the bar with snack snacks! The staff was super friendly! The pool area was fantastic. It was a grassy large pool with a hot tub kiddie pool and very clean bathrooms. I would highly recommend this place. Excellent parking casino was small and I think that it’s not even worth having a casino there they should make it a restaurant or something else but A for effort.

I paid for the top floor a larger balcony through Expedia. I brought my reservation and concern to the front desk an it took 1/2 of my vacation to resolve. I was final moved to the room type I paid for 4 days in. Very disappointing!! I have visited Aruba every year and the first stay at the Embassy Suites. I would like someone from your company to reach out to discuss the booking situation. It was corrected until I contacted Expedia and the hotel staff corrected the error. Hope that embassy suites could make it right for the 4 days I spent on the phone and in the wrong room type.

The staff is great, the room was spacious, the included breakfast is abundant (great choices, both to sit down .& enjoy as well as croissants, muffins and fruits to go!). Although the property was full, the only time you felt it was in the last 30 minutes of the breakfast service and during the daily happy hour! I greatly recommend the local beers - Balashi & Chill - which hit the spot after a day at the beach. Aruba beaches are public, so you have to get up early to reserve your spot in the sun, but that’s the case in any of the surrounding hotels/locations! A quick walk to Superfoods (or a 5 minute/$12 cab ride) was necessary for super strength SPF and aloe Vera products is the only thing you need to do (the products in the convenience store on site are not of sufficient potency). There are water refill stations on the main floor, they were just behind pull down shades - so long as you don’t make a mess of the area, the staff doesn’t mind your refill stop. Overall, a great property in its class and great service and great stay! Enjoy!

Other than running out of coffee one morning at the breakfast buffet (last ten minutes) and not so great luck at the casino (that’s life) I have to say this place was perfect. The pool area was nice, the resort drink prices were not unreasonable, the nightly free cocktails and snacks were a good touch, and the included breakfast buffet was maybe the best I’ve had. Nice spacious rooms were plenty big for the four of us and a fifteen minute walk out us in the heart of Palm Beach area restaurants and night life
