We visited Aruba and stayed at this property (Embassy Suites) in Feb 2026. The reason for less than 5 star review: 1. The service was slow; we got a sense that they were understaffed during the busiest time of year (Carnival weekend). I should note that the staff were courteous. The slow service was palpable when we were sitting by poolside and had to get drinks at the bar everytime. 2. The hot tub was not functioning properly on the last 2 days of our stay-i.e. it was not really hot. This hurt us more as the hot tub was really a highlight for our kids. Despite these issues that compromised our overall vacation experience, i would consider staying here again because the property is nice, staff attentive, and the place is family-friendly overall. Extremely clean, so many details which provided a very enjoyable and relaxing stay! Happy hour each day, wonderful buffet breakfast with made to order omelets and great food variety. Extremely helpful and cheerful staff, cabanas on a beautiful section of beach which was no where near as crowded as Palm Beach! Restaurants and entertainment in walking distance. Rooms very comfortable and well laid out
