My daughter and I stayed at the Gray Door Apartments at the end of May 2025. It was nice and quiet. There is a washer and dryer on each floor to use. They give you 2 tokens to use for the washer and dryer. The apartment has everything you could need. There is a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and even bags to use when shopping at the store. You can sit outside at your own table and chairs. The pool has lounge chairs, umbrellas and small tables. The one thing that we didn’t like was that the bed in our unit was way too soft for us and we woke up with our backs hurting. We did enjoy our stay and will definitely stay here again!! The hosts, AJ & Denise were great.

The host made it seem like that it was really easy to enter the property when it wasn't. They had hidden key boxes for the door which they do show in a video however the key boxes or hidden on the side of the property and not in front of your parking space which makes it very difficult to identify also too we had some ants in the kitchen. And the maintenance or host claim that we left food out overnight. Which is something that we don't do at home.

They have all thought out everything!!! Chairs, cooler, and umbrella for beach days. If you have a question or if something breaks, they get it corrected right away. The pool was relaxing and the gym was awesome!! AJ and Denise were great!! Would definitely stay here on our next trip!!

I’ve been coming to Aruba for 14 yrs. Typically stay on the beachfront. But we decided to mix it up. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was nice and quiet. Off the beaten path. Had chairs and cooler to take to beach which was nice. We rented a car so no problem to drive around. Apt was clean and had most everything we needed. It did get hot at night so we asked for a fan and it was delivered in no time. Very thankful for that! The only thing I can really complain about was the hot water ran out very very quick. My poor husband always got the Luke warm shower. And personally we like to walk at night to dinner and the main road is a little busy- no fault of gray door. Otherwise no complaints. Communication was excellent. Laundry was easy. Workout room was sufficient. Pool area was nice. We would stay here again.

Grey Door Apartments did a great job throughout the entire time. I even lost the key swimming in the ocean, they quickly drove to the beach to give me a new key. Classy professional owners. They have all the answers to anything Aruba. Grey door even provides you with an amazing summary of all the activities available to you in a binder. I cannot think of anything more they could have done as hosts. Highly recommend staying at Grey Door.

A car is very important, in Noord, literally on a city block surrounded by homes. With car able to be in Palm Beach in an about 10 min and Oranjestad 20-30 min depending on traffic. Aruba has traffic issues where you are stuck in traffic jam’s incessantly. Gray Door was however awesome, affordable, accommodating. AJ & Denise do a great job as owners and hosts.
