I had a great experience renting this beautiful property. AJ and Denise are excellent renters with exceptional customer service. The property is quiet and has nice views.The Penthouse is gorgeous, clean and well maintained. All of the amenities you would expect and surprisingly closer to everything you want to do. It is as advertised. 5 Stars!

This property deserves the 5 Stars in their class considering the price/value factor. The service is superb and the communication is very efficient. Grey Door is a very good option if being close to the beach and the tourism activity is not a priority.

The apartment was very well kept and the information provided about the island and activities were spot on. The location was great becuae it allowed us to visit everywhere on the island. If you choose to stay you are going to need a rental vehicle. AJ and Denise were great hosts and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!!

My daughter and I stayed at the Gray Door Apartments at the end of May 2025. It was nice and quiet. There is a washer and dryer on each floor to use. They give you 2 tokens to use for the washer and dryer. The apartment has everything you could need. There is a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and even bags to use when shopping at the store. You can sit outside at your own table and chairs. The pool has lounge chairs, umbrellas and small tables. The one thing that we didnโ€™t like was that the bed in our unit was way too soft for us and we woke up with our backs hurting. We did enjoy our stay and will definitely stay here again!! The hosts, AJ & Denise were great.

The host made it seem like that it was really easy to enter the property when it wasn't. They had hidden key boxes for the door which they do show in a video however the key boxes or hidden on the side of the property and not in front of your parking space which makes it very difficult to identify also too we had some ants in the kitchen. And the maintenance or host claim that we left food out overnight. Which is something that we don't do at home.
