The room was spotless. All the staff was great. I had to use my water pic at the coffee station off the living room because the plug didn’t work in the bathroom. I reported it three times to no avail. This was messy and very inconvenient. The toilet flapper valve leaks also but I didn’t see any sense in reporting that. At any rate, I still love the place. All the staff there is like family to Patty and I for the past 10 years. For over seven hundred dollars a night I expect more considering one pool is shut down. Am I sounding like a complainer?

Rooms were very clean and tidy and roomy. Location to beach was great. Palapa (umbrella) rentals were easy and ALL staff on premise we ultra friendly.
