Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. You must book any cabana as soon as they come available, which is something like two weeks ahead of your stay at midnight. Also no drink service at pools. You have to walk to bar and get drinks.

The location is great for walking to most everything. It is a Holiday Inn, don't expect 5 star. You get nice accomodations at a fair price. Paying for the palapas is terrible..

Great Location and clean and very friendly service. There is an outdoor nightclub club next door with bass and strobing lights that was very loud so ruined evening into early morning atmosphere when you go the beach and looking forward to the waves and quite. The Hotel obviously knows about it and didn’t warn us guests of this and didn’t try to make it right.

We loved staying at the Holiday Inn in Aruba! The hotel was clean and everything you could possibly want was at the resort. The hotel is in a prime location. It was safe to venture out to all the store and restaurants in front of the hotel. If you didn’t want to venture out it’s also a perfect location for that. The beach is right there and so is everything you need for a great vacation! We loved it and will be back to visit!
