Great location, right on the beach! Rooms are dated but they are clean. Grounds are very nice and love that you can reserve a palapa well in advance of your trip . Hotel does not offer alot of amenities but for the price it’s well worth sacrificing a few amenities! Highly recommend !!!

The real negative we saw was the noise when trying to sleep . There was a loud metal banging sound outside our room for a few hours several nights . We have been coming to Aruba for several years One thing we really enjoyed at Holiday Inn were the Tiki Huts provided at no cost. Now there is a significant charge which mounts up over a week’s stay. We brought three other couples who had never been and I was disappointed about the charge for the tiki huts after telling them how great that amenity had been on our previous visits.

Hospitality is the name of the game at Holiday Inn resort Aruba accommodations are perfect to spend a week in this paradise, not opulent, but well appointed can’t say enough about the staff in every department grounds are well thought out, a quarter mile of beachfront, never felt crowded. pools and hot tub while maintained. A great day it would be nice if they had service at poolside or beachfront. I will definitely stay again.

We found out that the Holiday Inn property was one of the oldest in the area, but we LOVED it, none-the-less. Very safe, very convenient to on-premise and off-premise restaurants. Easy walk along the beach, Plenty of space at the pool. Overall, an excellent vacation.

I liked the fact that the property was close to shopping and other restaurants. I didn't like the fact that I felt like because we booked through a third party we aren't treated as if we booked directly through hotel. After a long day of traveling and arriving only an hour before check in we were told our room wasn't ready and we had to change our clothes in a bathroom. I feel like other places I've been would accommodate me. Its not like I arrived at 11:00 in the morning. The bathroom wasn't even nice. They could have at least let us into the gym/spa area to freshen up and change. Having to put my suitcase on a dirty floor small bathroom in the lobby.

If you are looking for a relaxing time, that is not the best option. There is a club literally beside the hotel that plays loud music from 9pm till 1am, every day. I did ask to move my room and the staff was very nice about it, however, the new room was at the main building and they have weddings in that area so forget about peace and quiet. The music is loud and at least till 10:30pm.
