This stunning 2 bedroom condo is located on the second floor of the beautiful new Aracari Residence, just minutes from the Ritz Carlton, Marriott, and other high-rise hotels. A short drive will take you to the pristine shores of Palm Beach, Eagle Beach, Malmok, Boca Catalina, and Arashi Beach, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea.

As soon as you step inside your cozy and stylish condo, you`ll be greeted by a modern and fully equipped living space. The condo boasts a small balcony area where you can enjoy al fresco dining, relax on the lounge chairs or soak up the sun and catch a tan.

Aracari Residence offers a communal pool and a rooftop terrace with breathtaking ocean views of Palm Beach. The rooftop terrace is perfect for watching the sunset, grilling up some delicious meals on one of the two BBQ areas, or working up a sweat at the gym.

The second floor condo and its amenities are accessible via elevator from the lobby. The condo is unlocked via a keyless digital door lock. We will provide the code for this prior to your check-in.

There is free 24/7 on site parking included (on the space marked #25).
