Must trim vegetation around pool.Scrub pool walls twice a week.Clean or replace pool chair cushions, many are moldy bad health.Empty public trash cans daily, many guest use them because they are too lazy to walk out to the dumpsters.CONDO 2-12: furniture uncomfortable.Had to have repairman re-attach all the bed slates beacause mattress sagged. Please provide a safe.Microwave falls out of cabinet easily, needs to be better installed.Had to have repairman re-attach dryer vent since lint was blowing through the condo.Please provide baking pan/sheet. Please provide measuring cups, we bought some and left one for next renters.Please provide plastic tumblers to use at the pool.Please update Welcome booklet aince some info is missing or outdated.HOA: please provide more signage at the grilling area telling people to turn on/off the propane tank when grilling.Please provide grilling utensils and place aignage telling people to clean them after each use.
