Her attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly elevated my experience. The condo itself was comfortable and well-appointed, making it a perfect retreat. I highly recommend Palm Aruba Condos, and Hanny's exceptional service made it a memorable stay.

The property was in a great location, clean, and a lot of room for our stay! We only had one problem well on the property and that was no hot water during our stay. There are alot of condos on the property so i assumed the apartment was operating with one or two hot water tanks! Well, i did end up calling the property manager and she said it was working before we arrived. The maintenance guy came the same day but we were leaving the next day. I wish they would make sure the unit has hot water before the guest arrive, knowing their arrival. Taking hot showers is a must!
