Disliked: Cleanliness

Canceled our reservation 30 minutes after we landed in Aruba!!!! Lied and doublebooked!!!

This booking was made over 7 months prior, as well as our airfare(over 2500) and rental car(600.) These early reservations are necessary as Christmas/New Years is a very desirable time to travel to the island. We have always stayed in Palma Real for over 6 years and luckily made some great friends and knew some prior to staying there. Thank God these great people we know helped us in our need to help us find another condo in Palma Real. This place was double booked as acknowledged by the management of this property and myself. When we landed we had not received any check in information yet. I messaged them and they said our reservation was canceled, citing sewage issues, but the place was already occupied. I would not recommend this host!!
