The main dining room had the most delicious food I ever had at an all inclusive resort. (We did not try the specialty restaurants). The pools were beautiful, large and clean. Loved the swim up bar. The staff - front desk, wait staff, bartenders - were incredible. Everyone was friendly and went over and above to please us. The evening entertainment was fun - dancers were amazing. The only drawbacks at this facility were: There should be restrooms closer to the pool and Rooms with 2 beds (instead of one king) should be queen beds, not full beds. Otherwise, loved the resort and plan on going back next year!

Great location! If you choose to go off the resort there are many restaurants within walking distance. Really good shopping thats affordable. Our all-inclusive was a good deal. The buffet was much better than the restaurants on resort with a plethora of options. Beach was fantastic although if you didnt get up teally early you may not get a set up in the shade. Many people would.throw their towels on chairs by the pool.or on the beach area and would.go eat breakfast etc., emsuring they had best locations. Pool was good.

We loved Riu Palace! It is under some construction but nothing that bothered us that much. The staff was fabulous, especially Rainy and Keyla! We loved them so much we went wherever they were bartending at each night. The shows were a lot of fun and the pool was amazing

Overall food quality was 9 out of 10. Themed restaurants food quality - 10. Service was excellent. Great location to “downtown” restaurants bars and shopping. Our only negative about the property was mold in / around ceilings, especially the bathrooms. We will be back.

Great food all around and staff were generally friendly. The beach is beautiful and staff are typically attentive. An entire building was shut down and under renovation, with periodic jackhammering, sawing and other related noise right beside the main pool. There was dust and debris as well. We weren’t made aware of these renovations until it was too late to make alternative arrangements. Additionally, the resort is very dated and rooms are full of condensation, which makes tile slippery. Wait times at Milano’s restaurant were unacceptable. We arrived 15 minutes after doors opened (first come first serve) and were made to wait nearly 2 hours. I don’t think I’d come back for what we were charged.

Only went to the buffet as we were told there were no reservations at the restaurants but not told that we did need to be on the waiting list. The best part about the buffet was the fresh fruit and salad offerings. Staff was helpful overall. The loud music at the pool was too much.

I like the Riu because it had so many different things for their customers. Water aerobics, Zumba, shows, a gym, spa, etc. The all inclusive was excellent. Very good food and such a large variety to select from not to mention a free 24 hour room service. My only critique would be they need to update their gym equipment and televisions in the hotel rooms. A special mention that the beach wasl lovely.

Wow! This property was sensational! Although it is a kid friendly resort, still very much relaxing with the kids around. The people were extremely nice! This was a true vacation. I can’t go on enough but just to add to the cleanliness of this property, there was never a moment during the entire trip where I did not witness cleaning. Hats off to the entire staff. I’m a residential contractor and although the resort is under construction, it was not a hindrance at all. The amenities were plentiful! The list goes on but in short, the owners are on point!! I’m not easily impressed but this was really impressive!! AAA+ Can’t wait to return and to check out more of your locations 🍷

The resort is beautiful and clean. All employees were very welcoming, cheerful and friendly. The food was delicious, plenty and with wide range of varieties But the hallways are not decorated at all and kind of hot, the far end of the resort by the time share owners building is very noisy with trucks unloading to the Palm pier.
