Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The rooms direct view was the swimming pool and a side view or the ocean. The room cleaning service was not the greatest the beds would be made but the room would still be dirty, dusty night tables, tables and dressers, the cleaning staff left tissues in our shower, shower glass, screen door and glass separating bedroom and sitting space were never cleaned. The elevators her hot and humid, 1 out of the 2 elevators was out of service a lot of the time. Food was mediocre but the snack bar was terrible. My husband and I got sick off the snack bar food. The entertainment was ok but could have been better being at the riu. The ongoing construction during the day was a let down it was hard to relax while hearing all the construction noise and we still paid full price for the trip. Was let down by the overall experience for the price we paid we were expecting a higher standard.
