Everything was great except for a specialty restaurants. They are very small and do not take reservations. I was told I had four people ahead of me was given a pager. It never went off. I came back an hour later. They said I was still waiting for a table and it was 10 tables ahead of me which makes no sense at all.. Casino staff sucked. They do everything possible to make sure you don’t win. Seen it first hand along with everyone’s the roulette table. Changing balls, stopping the spin halfway through. Some how I managed to still win. Stay away if you want better

This was my 3rd trip to Aruba and 3rd time staying @Hotel Riu. I traveled solo on this trip. I was originally placed in a room on the 3rd floor. It was an older room and had issues (broken toilet and bugs in the shower that came out of the wall). I requested another room and was transferred to the 10th fl. The room was much better; however, issues still existed (water backed up in the shower and the plastic was coming off of the shower door). If I travel back to Aruba, I would stay at a different place.

Just got back from an awesome stay at the Hotel Riu Palace Aruba, and I'm giving it 5 out of 5 stars. The room was spotless. Bed was very comfortable, everything felt fresh. Perfect for crashing after a long day in the sun. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Everyone from the front desk to the bar folks had big smiles and were quick to help with whatever we needed. Made the whole vibe feel welcoming and relaxed. Food-wise, the restaurants were top notch. Plenty of variety, everything tasted great. The shops on-site were solid too—grabbed a few souvenirs without having to venture far. And the pool and beach areas were fantastic. Right on Palm Beach with that gorgeous white sand and clear water, and the swim-up bar was super convenient. The whole setup just screamed chill paradise mode. Spent most days bouncing between the beach, pool, and a cold drink. Overall, if you're heading to Aruba, this spot is a winner. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Hotel was beautiful. Check in went smoothly but not overly friendly. Staff was constantly cleaning throughout the hotel and very attentive in the restaurants. Food was good but not gourmet. Only real complaint was the construction but understand it has to be done.

The rooms and entire resort area was so clean, it was spotless! Everyone was so nice and helpful everywhere we went. Food was fresh at every meal and pool and beach area was amazing. Will definitely come again!! Top knotch! 5+Stars!!
