Clean rooms and good onsite restaurant!- pizza and ceasar salad were gooood! Drinks were delicious also. Breakfast was good too, everything you need for a hearty breakfast. Breakfast servers were friendly esp Elvie and Frenda, hardworking ladies! We love the property because its not too big. Walkable to restaurants and palm beach. Easy parking. The only thing negative, the bed was a little hard and sheets didnt smell fresh. Staff were all friendly, everybody was happy! I would recommend or go back to this hotel.

The Mill is co-located with the Courtyard by Marriott (which was a little confusing when we were trying to find the property, because there were no signs for The Mill). With a little bit of research, we found out that they were the same place. Once we got checked in and established, everything was great… we got all of the same benefits as the Courtyard Marriott customers for about 2/3 of the price. A very good complementary breakfast buffet, nightly entertainment, and friendly staff who were always willing to help. Although the hotel is on the end of the high-rise district, it is an easy walk to local restaurants and shops. Take advantage of the hotel shuttle for Palm Beach access.

The resort itself is not bad, it is a 5 minute walk to the strip with bars and restaurants. The rooms are average, no complaints on rooms besides not having a balcony. The free breakfast was convenient but it was the same thing everyday. The cleaners do an excellent job cleaning the room and everybody is nice and friendly. My complaints, the $1,070 hidden service fees they charged me once I checked in, the price looks great online but when they hit me with that resort service fee I knew why it was cheap online. I ordered drinks at the bar and then they hit you with a 15% service fee on the bill, so I’m confused about that 1,070 they charged on top of service fees for drinks. The TV screen vision was fuzzy as well. You’re better off spending another 1-1500 dollars and heading to a real all inclusive resort that has no hidden fees.

We were assigned a room that was not the one we booked, when we brought this to their attention we were told that the photos were for marketing so there is no sitting area in the actual room as shown on the pics. We were then told the hotel is fully booked and they can’t move us, they then found a room to move us to part way through our stay. We were also told they have NO rooms with 2 queens and a sofa as seen in the pics of the one we booked, but magically we got one part way through our stay. We were also charged for drinks/dinner that we did not have (so random charges on our credit card), and the front desk refused to resolve when we were checking out. Drinks were not good (the ones we actually had and rightfully paid for). Entertainment was not that great.
