Ruhige Lage und dennoch zentral zum Hafen und den Flaniermeilen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr wohnlich/gemütlich. Noch schöner wäre es, wenn sich der an der Wand angebrachte TV zur Couch drehen ließe .. und es eine kleine hübsche Balkonabtrennung gäbe, da die Balkone doch sehr dicht zusammenliegen. Alles in allem jedoch ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einer schönen Ferienwohnung

Tolle Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Deich und der Hauptstraße. Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet. Der für die Wohnung verantwortliche Herr war bei Problemen jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich auch sofort gekümmert. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir fanden eine sehr saubere und von der Größe ausreichende Wohnung für 4 Personen, Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt nichts vermissen. Das Bad ist saniert und lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen;. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Die Wohnung war wirklich klasse und der Kontakt mit den Vermietern und dem Verwalter sehr unkompliziert. Ales in der Umgebung ist fußläufig erreichbar, jedoch teilweise sehr weite Wege mit kleinen Kindern.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Der Empfang war herzlich mit gekochtem Kaffee und kurzer Einweisung. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Obergeschoss und hat noch ein Schlafzimmer im zweiten Obergeschoss verbunden mit einer Treppe. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Die Betten sind bequem. Liebevolle Dekoration. Das Bad hat noch zusätzlich eine Fußbodenheizung. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen, da alles in Lauf Nähe zu erreichen ist. Eine große Spielesammlung ist auch vorhanden. Kann man mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen!

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in Norddeich

Ostfriesland und speziell Norddeich sind eine Reise wert. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was einen Urlaub angenehm macht. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Bottmer war sehr gut.

Sehr gute Ausstattung. Unmittelbar in Bahnhofsnähe. 10min Gehweg zum Deich. Strandkorb direkt am Wasser. Keine quietschenden Betten. Nur zu empfehlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Selbstversorger ohne Auto leider zu weit weg 20 min bis zum Netto.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sehr toll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet, es fehlt eigentlich an nichts und auch die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich. Ein wenig schade ist, dass es vor der Balkontür keinen Insektenschutz gibt, sodass wir abends dort nicht lüften konnten, ohne haufenweise Mücken in den Räumen zu haben. Zudem gibt es auch im oberen Schlafzimmer (direkt unter dem Dach) dreieckige Fenster, die bauartbedingt nur kippbar sind. In der Zeit, die wir dort verbrachten, herrschten durchgängig etwa 30°C, sodass dieses Zimmer sehr warm war und blieb. Dies ist aber bestimmt nur im absoluten Hochsommer problematisch. Insgesamt fanden wir die Wohnung aber wirklich toll!

Wir waren im März dort. Auch bei kaltem Wetter ist Norddeich wunderschön. Es gibt nie zu schlechtes Wetter, es gibt nur zu schlechte Kleidung. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht bzw. sogar viel mehr davon. Habe meinen eigenen Fön mitgebracht, da bislang in anderen Wohnungen nur mangelhafte Föns für lange Haare zur Verfügung standen. Mit Erstaunen durfte ich aber feststellen, dass genau derselbe Fön bereit lag, den ich selbst mitgenommen habe. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. In allen Belangen. Wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Erholsamer Kurztrip

Wir waren schon häufiger in Norddeich, aber noch nie in dieser Ecke. Wegen der Sackgasse ist es ruhig, aber nicht abgelegen. Die Nähe zum Hafen ist optimal, wenn man einen Ausflug nach Norderney machen will. Bäcker, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe. Der Bahnhof stört gar nicht. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, alles ist da. Lobend erwähnen möchte ich den Hausverwalter, der uns sehr freundlich empfangen und bereits den Kaffee für uns gekocht hatte. Alles in allem weiter zu empfehlen.

Super schön eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Wohnung Juist im Ferienhaus Leuchtturm ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert. Zweigeschossig sehr schön aufgeteilt und nett eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche dort, und konnten alle unsere Ziele in Norddeich zu Fuß sehr gut erreichen. Die Lage am Hafen kam uns entgegen, besonders als wir mit der Fähre nach Norderney gefahren sind. Alles in allem ein top Aufenthalt.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir haben im September eine Woche dort verbracht. Norddeich kennen wir sehr gut und freuen uns jedes Mal wieder dort zu sein. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Nebenstraße, einzig allein der nahe gelegene Bahnhof ist etwas störend. Tagsüber kein Problem, aber nachts stehen dort Züge deren Klimaanlage durchlaufen muss. Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist dies störend, aber aushaltbar. Daher ziehen wir hierfür einen halben Stern ab. Außerdem ist die Wohnung super toll eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Einen halben Stern ziehen wir aufgrund der Sauberkeit ab. Die Spritzschutzwand in der Küche war schon ziemlich mit Fett verschmiert. Meiner Meinung nach liegt es aber an den Urlaubern die vor uns dort waren. Das kann man nach dem Kochen mal eben schnell abwischen, macht man zuhause schließlich auch, oder? Des Weiteren waren viele Spinnenweben in der Wohnung, so dass nicht am Tag der Anreise (wahrscheinlich auch nicht einen Tag vorher) dort ordentlich gesaugt oder gewischt wurde. Unser Fazit ist, dass die Wohnung weiter zu empfehlen ist. Mit den kleinen "Fehlern" kann man doch wirklich leben. Es ist noch zu erwähnen, dass wir überaus herzlich von Herrn Bottmer empfangen wurden.

Tolle Wohnung

Sehr saubere und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Empfang durch den Verwalter Herrn Bottmer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wurde sogar zum Empfang Kaffee gekocht. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ruhig, trotz Bahnhof. Die Fähren nach Juist und Norderney sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der Strandkorb und kleiner Strandabschnitt sind in ca. 500 m. Ein sehr guter Bäcker ist um die Ecke. Viele schöne Ausflugsziele sind in der Nähe und für Kinder und Jugendliche wird allerhand geboten (Irrgarten, Minigolf, Meerwasserschwimmbad, Märchenschiff, Wattwanderung...) Trotz schlechtem Wetter ist bei uns keine lange Weile aufgekommen und wir haben den Aufenthalt in der hübschen Wohnung sehr genossen. Danke Fam. Gude für die unkomplizierte und freundliche Vorgehensweise und Buchungsumsetzung. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung nutzen.

Gut ausgestattet und wohnlich

Nett wurden wir vom Verwalter mit frischem Kaffee empfangen. Es war wirklich alles da, nur ein Rolladen beim Schlafzimmer fehlte leider (Sonne am Morgen...). Trotz der Nähe zur Eisenbahn war sehr wenig zu hören, es störte nicht. Insgesamt eine erholsame Woche,
