We warmly welcome you to our bungalow "Sunny". Arriving and feeling good is our motto. Our sun-drenched, country-style bungalow leaves nothing to be desired. No matter whether you enjoy the evenings on the terrace in summer or want to make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace in winter. In addition, our infrared heat cabin invites you to relax in every season. Our approx. 90 m² bungalow has underfloor heating in all rooms. In the very well equipped kitchen you can prepare your meals comfortably. 2 bathrooms, one with a washer dryer, provide the necessary comfort with floor-to-ceiling showers. In addition to the comfortable living area, both bedrooms are also equipped with a television. WLAN in all rooms is a matter of course. Shops (Combi, Aldi, Lidl etc.) can be reached on foot in about 500 m. An Italian restaurant is also nearby. You will find a children's playground about 100m away.

Please bring your own towels and bed linen or book our laundry packages.

We look forward to your visit to the "Sunny" bungalow. You will definitely spend sunny times with us even if the weather is not so "sunny"!

Sehr schönes Haus mit gepflegtem Garten. Da wir mit Hund angereist sind wäre ein Zaun zum Nachbarn super gewesen. Entspannte Atmosphäre in diesem Wohngebiet. Wir haben das Haus wirklich Last-Minute am Samstag gebucht und hatten Sonntag Anreisetag. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin und der Verwaltung waren super. Erste Klasse. Als wir dann Sonntag ankamen, waren wir sofort überwältigt von der Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Einrichtung modern. Garten teils eingezäunt, mussten den Hund an die Langlaufleine machen, damit er die Nachbarn nicht besuchen geht, was aber kein Problem für unseren Hund war. Zur Straße ist alles eingezäunt, zu den Nachbarn löchrige Büsche/Hecke. In der Küche sind neben den normalen Utensilien auch Plastikgeschirr für die Kinder und 3 Kaffeemaschinen (Filter, Senseo, Nespresso?). Zwei vollwertige Badezimmer. Das Highlight war die Infrarotsauna. Im oberen Schlafzimmer musste man etwas aufpassen, dass man sich den Kopf nicht stößt Alles in Allem war es ein tolles Haus, welches sehr zentral in alle Richtungen liegt. Das es mit dem Ultra-Last-Minute so toll geklappt hat, vorallem mit dem Wäschepaket (bezogene Betten, Handtücher usw.) ist der netten Eigentümerin und der tollen Verwaltung zu verdanken. Danke dafür. Zuletzt ist noch zu erwähnen: Wir waren 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein kleiner Hund. Es gab für alle ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk. Das war klasse und alle haben sich sehr gefreut. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt war schön! Es gab ein paar Dinge. Die abgeblätterte Farbe vom Schuppen lag um den Schuppen herum und die Terrasse war auch nicht gefegt. Es lag viel Laub herum. Man könnte noch einen Zaun zum Nachbargrundstück setzen, da dort nur eine Hecke ist, durch die Hunde schnell durch kommen. Über dem Spiegel im oberen Bad könnte man eine Lichtquelle anbringen - ist doch sehr dunkel. Matratzen war auch schon ziemlich durchgelegen bzw. weich. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst - die Lage hat uns gut gefallen.

Schönes Urlaubshäuschen

Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die zwei Badezimmer sind modern und komfortabel. Im unteren Badezimmer war leider ein unangenehmer Geruch (Da wir nur zu zweit da waren, war es für uns irrelevant - wir haben das obere Bad benutzt.). Wir waren sehr dankbar, dass uns, trotz sehr kurzfristiger Buchung die Anreise ermöglicht wurde, was mit einigem kurzfristigen Aufwand verbunden war. Das Personal der Ferienhausverwaltung war sehr nett und engagiert. Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise verlief problemlos. Ein Minuspunkt gibt es für das Reinigungsteam, der Boden war bei Ankunft leider schmutzig, so dass wir selbst direkt wischen mussten. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Schöne FeWo, kleine Anregungen

Schöne Ferienwohnung, wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, aber man könnte die Whg mit wenigen Handgriffen sicherlich noch ein wenig kinderfreundlicher gestalten. Z. B. könnten Kindersicherungen in den Steckdosen angebracht (diese befinden sich z. T. auf Kopfhöhe von Kleinkindern), die vorhandenen Spielsachen entstaubt und gereinigt und das z. T. kaputte Gartenmobiliar entsorgt werden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, aber hier wäre ein Pürierstab ebenfalls wünschenswert, um auch kindgerechte Mahlzeiten zubereiten zu können. Das mag für viele Gäste nicht wichtig erscheinen, sind aber wichtige Punkte für Familien mit Kleinkindern. Die FeWo hat wirklich eine perfekte Lage, mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe und ist ein idealer Startpunkt für viele verschiedene Ausflüge. Der Italiener gegenüber ist unfassbar gut. Nur leider parken die Gäste regelmäßig die ohnehin enge Einfahrt zu. Wir mussten mitunter woanders parken, was mit Kleinkind und etlichen Strandutensilien dann doch umständlich ist. Das Dachgeschoss wird im Sommer mitunter sehr warm, wir empfehlen, die Agentur das Babybett im EG aufbauen zu lassen. Der Austausch mit der Gastgeberin und der Agentur vor Ort ist sehr nett.

Schönes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Tolles Ferienhaus, gut abgestimmt und ausgestattet für Familien mit Kleinkindern (eher nicht für Krabbelkinder wg Treppe und Steckdosen) Es hat an nichts gefehlt, das Haus ist hell und freundlich, modern in maritimen Farben gehalten. Hochwertige Küchengeräte und Waschmaschine. Klasse waren auch die zwei Fahrräder im Schuppen, die wir für kurze Einkaufstouren und zum Flohmarktbesuch genutzt haben, alles schnell erreichbar. Pizzeria mit gutem Ruf direkt gegenüber. Top ! Zu Fuß in ca. 20 min am Strand, mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, ebenso mit der Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter/Vermieter. Freundlicher, entgegenkommender Ton. So macht Urlaub Freude.

Daheim in der Ferne

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub als Familie zu viert mit Hund hier verbracht. Das Haus ist top gepflegt, sehr sauber, gut geschnitten und geschmackvoll und praktisch ausgestattet. In einer ruhigen Wohngegend in Norden gelegen ist man hier abseits des Touristentrubels und trotzdem in wenigen Minuten am Strand in Norddeich oder einem der Siele in der direkten Umgebung. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist schnell mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar und mit einer sehr guten Pizzeria direkt gegenüber ist auch für das leibliche Wohl gesorgt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und sind sicher nicht zu letzten Mal hier zu Gast. Vielen Dank auch an Birgit als Gastgeberin. Sehr nette und verbindliche Kommunikation und auch die Organisation vor Ort lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig.

Mein Urlaub im Haus Sunny war ein purer Genuß. Das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und war sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit dem Besitzern und während des Aufenthalts mit der Agentur waren toll. Keine Frage und kein Problem blieben unbeantwortet. Kurzum, immer immer wieder gerne!!!

Tolle Auszeit in Norden

Die Wohnung hatte einen guten Standort. In 2,5 km war man zu Fuß im Zentrum Nordens und in 3 km in Norddeich. Das Haus war sehr sauber und technisch super ausgestattet. Besonders gut hat uns die Infrarotkabine gefallen. Gegenüber ist ein sehr leckeres italienisches Restaurant.

Sehr schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung!

Der erste Eindruck....reinkommen und sich wohlfühlen. Wir fühlten uns gleich willkommen und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses, die geschmackvollen Einrichtung....es war alles sehr gut. In der Küche blieben keine Wünsche offen, die Sauna ein Traum und die Betten luden zu einem erholsamen Schlaf ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Für den Ostfrieslandurlaub ideal

Ideal in Norden gelegen um Ausflüge in Ostfriesland zu machen. Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind sehr gepflegt! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe gegeben. Gegenüber befindet sich ein gutes Ital. Restaurant, wo man die Speisen auch abholen kann, sollte man die Küche in dem Haus nicht nutzen wollen. Das Haus liegt in einer eigentlich ruhigen Seitenstraße, leider halten sich nicht alle an das Tempo und so kann es auf der Pflasterstraße auch mal etwas lauter werden. Schlaf haben wir aber trotzdem gefunden. Besonders positiv muss ich den Kontakt mit der Vermieterin hervor heben, die mit Rat und Tipps im Vorfeld geholfen hatte. Schade fanden wir nur, daß man nicht die Heizung etwas hochgestellt hatte, wie wir angereist sind, obwohl das Haus noch morgens noch gereinigt wurde.

Wir hatte einen wunderbaren Kurzurlaub mit der Familie und Hund. Alles sehr sauber und absolut neuwertig. Wir werden im kommenden Jahr gerne wiederkommen.
