Ich war positiv über diese Unterkunft überrascht. Ich hatte nicht damit gerechnet, wie schön und nicht hausbacken alles eingerichtet ist und alles sehr sauber. Ok, Spülmaschine gibt es nicht, brauchte ich aber auch nicht als Alleinreisende mit Hund. WLAN wäre super, ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern. Immer wieder gern, wenn Norddeich angesagt ist.

Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut. Leider war der Zustand der Unterkunft bei Ankunft enttäuschend: Der Balkon war stark verschmutzt, die Oberfläche des Tisches blätterte, und die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Unter den Sitzpolstern lagen Hundehaare und Krümel, selbst auf der Couchgarnitur und der Kaffeemaschine fanden sich Haare.Ich meldete die Mängel am Dienstag. Noch am selben Tag wurde die Couch gesaugt und die fleckigen Kissenbezüge gewaschen. Die Balkonauflagen erhielt ich erst am Donnerstag. Das Bett wurde am Dienstag vom Hausmeister repariert. Der schmutzige Pfannenwender wurde zwar mitgenommen, aber nicht ersetzt – auch nicht bis zur Abreise.Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war freundlich, aber es gab weder eine Entschuldigung noch eine Entschädigung.Fazit: Gute Lage, aber erhebliche Mängel bei Sauberkeit und Service. Schade, denn das Apartment hätte Potenzial.

Sehr gute Lage, einfache Ausstattung

Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar zentral. Der Kontakt war absolut reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr einfach ausgestattet, leider fehlen Basics wie z.B. Teekanne. Das Bad ist sehr klein.

Von der Wohnung aus hat man es nirgendwo weit. Strand , Bäcker, Schwimmbad Restaurants, alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
