Wir konnten den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet, sogar die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Objekt mit schlechtem Internet

Das Objekt ist in einem ordentlichen Zustand, gut zum Strand gelegen und abgesehen von einer fehlenden Mikrowelle mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Wenn mal etwas geschieht, dann hilft die Verwaltung schnell und unkompliziert, sodass die Urlaubsfreuden dadurch nicht gestört werden. Das war top! Man sollte sich allerdings erkundigen, ob wie bei uns geschehen, die Gemeinde Norddeich einfach mal den direkten Weg zum Strand durch den Kurpark für eine Woche zumacht, obwohl man noch (zumindest nach der Höhe der zu entrichtenden Kurtaxe) in der Hauptsaison dort ist. Dann werden die Wege nämlich deutlich länger, was für meine 78-jährige Schwiegermutter durchaus ein Problem war. Wenn man das Internet benötigt, ist es auch das falsche Objekt, da der Zugang über eine Anmeldung an einen Hotspot mit Capture-Portal erfolgt, was nur leidlich zuverlässig war, anachronistisch ist und die Verwendung von Devices mit Jugendschutzmechanismen oder eines E-Book-Readers unmöglich macht. Glücklicherweise hatte ich einen mobilen LTE-Hotspot mit. Die LTE-Abdeckung in Norddeich und Norden im Netz der Telekom ist hervorragend und lässt auch am Strand nichts zu wünschen übrig. Insgesamt haben wir aber den Aufenthalt genossen und können uns einen weiteren Besuch dort gut vorstellen.
