The bedroom has a box spring bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and two wardrobes. The 40-inch QLED Smart TV with Sonos soundbar is conveniently positioned across from the bed. The floor-to-ceiling window opens completely and leads to the terrace.



The living room combines lounge, dining, and kitchen areas. Like the bedroom, its floor-to-ceiling window can be fully opened. The sofa bed pulls out to a 1.40 m x 2.00 m sleeping area for two people. A 43-inch QLED Smart TV with Sonos surround system invites you to relax. A PlayStation 4 with various games is also provided.



The kitchen is equipped with all essentials: fridge with freezer, induction hob, kettle, hand blender, toaster, fully automatic coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and more. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and quality fittings.



The private terrace (approx. 10 sqm) offers a table with four chairs and two teak loungers with cushions.
