Fantastic apartment in a top location for up to 4 people + cot possible on Norderney
Our spacious 3 room apartment is located on the second floor of a centrally located apartment house. It is warm and bright and invites you to relax and feel good.
The approximately 56 square meters are spread over a spacious living and dining area with flat screen TV. Adjacent is a spacious bright bathroom with walk-in shower.
There are two bedrooms available.
These can be darkened by external shutters well and have on the one hand a double bed and on the other two single beds both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs.
We provide Wi-Fi as well as two bicycles with which you can explore the island.
The Conversationshaus is about 400m away as well as the beach, the milk bar can be reached in about 600m, the breakfast can be enjoyed after 100m to the nearest bakery on your own sunny balcony.
The permanent parking spaces are equally within walking distance.
The price refers to a rental period of at least 5 days.
For the final cleaning 60 € and per bed linen another 5 €.
Towels are available.
There is a floor below a washing machine and a dryer each with coin slot ready.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Es ist eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit allen möglichen Geräten. Die Wohnung ist super zentral und man kommt überall Fußläufig gut hin - oder man nimmt eins der Fahrräder. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Erg ruime en compleet ingerichte woning

Modern ingericht met alle gemakken. Zeer complete keuken. Het balkon is een plus. De te lenen fietsen (2 volwassen en 1 kind) maken het af. De communicatie en het contact met de eigenaren was zeer vlot, gastvrij en vriendelijk. De locatie is zeer centraal, de bakker zit 50 meter om de hoek, het strand op 250 meter.

Sehr gepflegte, ruhige Wohnung die zentral liegt

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in einer Nebenstraße, dadurch kurze Wege und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sie ist komplett und hochwertig eingerichtet, sehr bequeme Betten, tolle Dusche, angenehmer Wohnraum, hochwertiges und komplettes Geschirr in der Küche, ... Bei der Ankunft (wir wurden vom Vermieter einen Tag vorher informiert, dass die Wohnungen bereits bezugsfertig ist. So konnten wir schon um 9:00 Uhr alls nutzen) war alles sauber und eine Flasche Sekt stand im Kühlschrank. Der Vermieter kümmert sich sehr um seine Gäste. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Super schöne, helle Wohnung. Absolut zentral gelegen. Sehr gut geeignet für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern.
