The sea noise apartment is on the second floor of a Nordic style
built building, just two minutes to the north beach and downtown.
With us it is beautiful all year round and every season has its charm.

The one-room apartment Meeresrauschen is equipped for up to four people and is approximately 40 m². It is located on the second floor and has a small balcony with a view of the city center, the Norderney Cape and the water tower.

The living space can be used optimally because the 1.40 meter bed disappears into the wall unit during the day. The fold-out sofa with slatted frame offers two more sleeping options. Of course there are also enough pillows and blankets for four people.

Nette zentral gelegene Unterkunft

Für 2 Personen optimal, alle Schlafmöglichkeiten sind in einem Raum. Die Lage ist trotz Busbahnhof total ruhig. Viele nützliche Extras vom verschwindenden Bett, Mixer, Eierkocher, usw.

Die Wohnung ist schön gestaltet. Es gibt alles nötige in der Küche und es ist auch sehr sauber. Die Dame von der Verwaltung ist supernett gewesen. Das Highlight ist finde ich, dass es zwei Fahrräder gibt, die zur Wohnung gehören und es die Möglichkeit zum Parken am Haus gibt. So spart man einiges an Geld.Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Der Blick ist entweder in die Fussgängerzone oder auf den Wassertrum. Alles ist super zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung war top! Toll eingerichtet und auch die Lage war wunderbar. Für den Check-In sollte eine Dame kontaktiert werden, die allerdings etwas unfreundlich telefonisch mitteilte, dass sie dafür keine Zeit hätte. Schlüssel sei ja hinterlegt (Zahlencode). Das war nicht optimal.

Teilweise falsche Informationen auf der Homepage

Das Appartement war schön. Allerdings stimmten einige Punkte nicht mit den Informationen auf der Homepage überein: 1. Sauna Tücher waren nicht kostenfrei wie angegeben, sondern kosteten 3 € Leihgebühr 2. Beim Empfang wurde nur der Schlüssel übergeben (auf der Homepage stand Einweisung in der Wohnung) und ich musste mein Appartement selber suchen, der Fernseher hatte keinen Empfang, war für mich pers. aber nicht wichtig 3. Uralt Balkonliegen ohne Tisch (auf dem Foto auf der Homepage waren zwei Stühle und ein Tisch). Hätte gerne ab und an mal auf dem Balkon Kaffee getrunken oder gefrühstückt. 4. Die Fahrräder waren Beide sehr verrostet, sodass man weder den Sattel verstellen konnte, noch abschließen konnte. Nicht weiter schlimm, aber man sollte das nicht extra so hervorheben das das gute Fahrräder seien. Ausserdem war es total schwer, das Fahrrad durch das Treppenhaus hochzu schleppen. 5. Es wurde hervorgehoben, daß es immer ein Ansprechpartner gibt der einem Infos gibt, allerdings war die Rezeption nur 1,5 Std. täglich. besetzt. Allerdings konnte man immer Jemand telefonisch erreichen. So auch, als es einen Probe-Feueralarm gab, bei dem ich mich erschrocken habe. Vielleicht sollte man die Gäste vorab durch einen Aushang informieren. Fazit: Die Wohnung war schön und sehr sauber und mit Allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Nur sollte man Einige Angaben auf der Homepage streichen, damit keine falschen Erwartungen entstehen.

Erholsame Tage mit viel Bewegung

Die Übergabe war freundlich und ok. Allerdings wurde uns eröffnet, dass evtl doch kein Parkplatz am Haus zur Verfügung stünde. Dann sollten wir den gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz im Ort nutzen. Dies wäre ein klarer Widerspruch zum Angebot. In der Wohnung war die Kaffeemaschine nicht sauber. Leider war es in der Nacht und am Morgen durch den Busbahnhof recht laut. Dafür war die Lage zentral. Schön war der Urlaub auf jeden Fall, wir haben uns gut erholt.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Empfehlenswert.

Es waren keine Balkonmöbel vorhanden. Der Empfang durch Frau D. und Mitarbeiter war recht einsilbig. Die Frage ob wir schon einmal im Haus waren und wir uns auskennen würden, verneinten wir. Daraufhin wurde uns der Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt: "1. OG rechts"! Es wurde 2x die Sauna mit je einem kostenpflichtigen Saunatuch genutzt. Die Sauna war beim 2. Mal nicht eingeschaltet. Deshalb Bewertung nicht "hervorragend"

Schönes Appartement in guter Lage

Wir haben eine schöne Urlaubswoche auf Norderney verbracht. Die gebuchte Wohnung hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Sie ist gemütlich und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet worden. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Das Appartement machte einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck.Die Lage am Bushof war für uns ideal. Die Wege zum Strand , zu den Geschäften und ins Zentrum sind kurz. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Modern und sauber, aber zu klein für vier Personen

Das Zimmer ist sauber, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Für vier Personen ist es allerdings ungeeignet. Wenn man das Bett und das Sofa ausklappt, kann man sich in dem kleinen Raum kaum bewegen und muss um ins Bad zu gelangen, über die Betten klettern. Fazit: Für zwei Personen zu empfehlen, für vier Personen eher nicht.
