Wohnung wirklich sehr Zentral dadurch alles schnell zu erreichen. Für 2 Personen ausreichend. Leider nicht ganz sauber und spartanisch eingerichtet. Renovierung scheint länger her zu sein.

Norderney war toll, die Wohnung dieses Jahr leider wirklich nicht.1. Der Matratzenschoner vom Klappbett war voller Flecken und Haare2. Das Kopfteil vom Doppelbett war nicht angeschraubt oder abgebrochen. Es stand nur schief hinter dem Bett3. Der Fensteröffner war abgebrochen.4. Die Duschkabine ist undicht5. Kein Wäscheständer6.Die Gardine Im Wohnzimmer ist zur Hälfte aus der Gardinenleiste gerissen.7. Insgesamt war die Wohnung so ungemütlich und zudem feucht.8. Die Halterung des Wandbett es ist herausgerutscht, zum Glück ist es nicht umgekippt. Wir würden so die Wohnung nie wieder mieten oder weiter empfehlen.MfG

Es gibt leider viel zu viele kleine Mängel der Wohnung,die sich summieren.Staub,keine Nachttischlampen,wichtige Fernsehsender fehlen,Gardinen runtergerissen,auch auf Nachfrage nicht den verspr.W Lan code vom Gastgeber erhalten,Dusche nicht gut abgedichtet,läuft alles raus,nur 2 Kleiderbügel ?! ,.Sollte unbedingt noch mal alles nachgebessert werden.

Schöne Wohnung, sehr zentral

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, vor allem mit der wirklich zentralen Lage. Etwa 100 m zum Strand, die Innenstadt inklusive kleinem Supermarkt direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein, für zwei komplett ausreichend, zu viert stelle ich es mir etwas eng vor. Einzig die Ausstattung der Küche hätte etwas umfangreicher sein können. Wenn man mal etwas kochen möchte, fehlen teils essenzielle Dinge wie Pfannenwender, Kochlöffel, aber auch so einfache Gewürze wie Salz oder Pfeffer. Eine Spülmaschine ist zwar vorhanden, aber keine Spülmaschinentabs, wenn man dann aber per Hand spülen will, ist kein Spülschwamm oder ein Lappen vorhanden. Das hat uns gefehlt, aber wenn man das weiß, kann man sich die Sachen natürlich selbst mitbringen und muss sie nicht vor Ort kaufen.

Die Wohnung ist schön, modern und hat eine super Lage. Allerdings ließ die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, die Ausstattung der Wohnung und die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig.
