Die Lage ist super, Fenster ruhig zum Innenhof. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, großes Lob an die Reinigungskraft. Empfang war auch sehr freundlich, der Kollege hat mir sogar meinen Koffer hochgetragen. Bad ist relativ neu, das Bett sehr bequem. Der Wohn/Schlafraum ist viel zu voll, die Möbel und die Dekoration wirken zusammen gewürfelt. Ich bin Innenarchitektin und würde folgendes empfehlen: Schrank/Vitrine neben dem Bett entfernen. Wandpaneel für den Fernseher mit kleiner Ablage. Neuer Einbauschrank hinter der Tür deckenhoch, dafür schmaler. Wandgestaltung neu und einheitlich. Moderne Bilder, die zusammen passen. Wenig Deko, dafür schön. (Wer braucht 4 Vasen in der Fewo?) weniger Gläser, dafür zusammen passend. Die Vitrine steht voll mit Dingen, die man als Gast nicht braucht. Lieber ein großer hochwertigerer Teppich statt viele kleine bunte. Gerne kann ich den Eigentümern einen konkreten Vorschlag erstellen. Momentan passt für mich Preis-Leistung nicht, selbst für Summertime.

Der Eingangsbereich, vor dem Haus war sehr einfach und die Türen klemmtenEinga teilweise. Die Aussicht aus der Wohnung war nicht toll. Aber es war alles sauber und in Ordnung. Einfache Ausstattung.
