I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and outrage regarding the conditions of room during my stay from 7/4/25 - 7/5/25. My family and I discovered a significant bug infestation throughout the room, which has made our stay unbearable and directly led to our baby receiving multiple bites, consistent with bed bug bites. Upon discovering the bugs, I immediately documented the issue with clear photographs and videos. These visuals show numerous bugs on the mattress, bedding, and furniture. The room had a broken mirror, missing microwave and there was supposed to be a mirror above the sink which was missing. Even more distressing was the hotel's response when I contacted the front desk on 7/5/25 at 7:09am. When I reported the severe bug problem and the bites on my baby, the woman I spoke with, with a middle eastern accent, refused to offer any assistance or alternative accommodation. I was explicitly told that I would still be charged for the room, and then she passed the phone to her husband who unprofessionally hung up on me. after multiple attempts to get their names, they refused to disclose this. This behavior is not only unhelpful but deeply disrespectful and completely unacceptable for a hospitality establishment. Due to the unsanitary and frankly horrifying conditions, and the severe lack of customer service the staff, I recommend to avoid this location.

Yep it was the cheapest option near the airport and it showed. Dirty floor. Dirty bathroom. No shower curtain. Mirror was broken. The bathroom door had a big hole in it. Lights over the bed didnt work. It was a nonsmokimg room but the bedspreads were from smoking rooms (washed but still smelled and had burns in them). I left as early as I could and spent an extra 6 hours in the airport because I wasn't comfortable in the room.

There was a car alarm every 10 minutes to disturb the morning sleep from 6:15 am onwards till 10 am… couldn’t sleep. No electric for TV or lights near wash basin areas, bathroom door didn’t close properly. They downgraded our reservation even when I assured them calling ahead and requesting my CC about coming to the motel little late around 12ish. They gave our confirmed room of double bed to some other customers the front desk says. Had to go out to fetch morning tea/coffee which is supposed to be there… although they advertised about free morning breakfast. They charged the same amount in cash. No good for 1 night for close to 200 bucks … a total rep off.

STAY AWAY! Rooms are dirty , bedding was stained. They only provided a bedspread no top sheet even when asked. One bar of soap and towels were tinted brown and not fit for humans. The owner doesn't care. He said he does only what the franchise requires. But customer service said bedding is not up to their standard. Also unsafe conditions with people grilling on charcoal in front of the room doors.

Read the reviews and avoid this place. I made the mistake of thinking “how bad could it be?” ROACHES - tons of them. Many sizes. Absolutely disgusting. Terrible smoke smell in the room, the floors were dirty and there were cigarette burns on the sheets and stains on the bedding. The bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned. Avoid at all costs.

"I recently had a distressing experience at a hotel that fell short of basic cleanliness and maintenance standards. Upon entering my room, I was dismayed to find evidence of poor housekeeping, including a significant cockroach infestation and visible signs of drug paraphernalia on the floor. Furthermore, the toilet was malfunctioning and refused to flush, exacerbating the unsanitary conditions. The bedding was also in disrepair, with noticeable burn holes on the blanket. When I attempted to address the issue with the hotel staff, I was met with confusion and a lack of transparency regarding payment procedures. Despite having paid for my stay online via credit card, the staff member at the front desk claimed that my payment had not been processed and demanded that I pay in cash or via Cash App. This was particularly perplexing given that both my bank and the booking platform confirmed the successful transaction. The situation escalated when I was subsequently locked out of my room and forced to vacate the premises, leaving me with no choice but to relocate my belongings. Although the booking company has since initiated a refund, the processing time of 5-7 business days has left me without accommodations and facing significant inconvenience. In light of this experience, I strongly suggest that the hotel management prioritize addressing the cockroach infestation and overall cleanliness of the property. Allocating resources towards pest control

The only good thing is the bed tv fridge and the shower is amazing other then that it’s got roaches and spiders and the microwave had to be exchanged and was thankfully and a little better to make things worse and the lock is broke to make things worse the people are loud and very obnoxious I traveled with my son I’d definitely recommend go somewhere else

Stay Away!!

The tv didn’t turn on with the remote. I went to the front desk and he told me I would have to pull the wire out and put it back in. After doing that it still didn’t work. He then sent someone down, who got it to turn on but you only got one channel. As the night went on the roaches started to come out. My boyfriend called the front desk and the lady said that they only come out at night. He asked could we change rooms and she said no not until the next day and hung up. He called back and talked to someone else who claimed that he didn’t know about any roach problem and we could get a refund for our next night.
