Waffle makers missing. Room had no linens for the fold out bed. There was food residue in that bed when we opened it. We had to make up the bed ourselves because Christopher at the front desk said there were only two people on duty. The shower diverted controls are broken and the main shower head and bathtub filler are unavailable. Overall, not very good.

A few things did not work. Toilet was cracked and repaired. It seemed very strange that they repaird the crack but did not replace toilet. The door entry lock did not work unless you stood in the hall and tried it about 25 times to finally make it work.

We i got to room Wednesday night it was 78 degrees in the room i figured someone left it that way i turned air on i thought but thru night i was sweating and woke up that way called fromt deck asked if someone could look at it they told me someone would look at it but they been having problems with air

Outdated, the customer service is wonderful. The rooms are outdated. The carpet is regular. The stove is old. The microwave is old. No cover, but a let out couch. You have to ask for it. The metrics on the let out couch is old and horrible. The couch is broke. You'd like you're sitting on the floor the TV. Keep buffering when you're watching it too much money, but it's old outdated motel. If you're gotta stay here, go to the Holiday Inn same thing. Save money. But don't forget, the staff is wonderful, really, really nice

The room was clean and pleasant. However, the facility is in need of some repairs. The elevator floor had a very obvious patch, the wall paper in the bathroom was loose, the couch cushion slightly stained, the light bulb over the dining area was burned out and the ice maker didn't work. Maintenance came quickly and fixed the bulb and ice maker (saying we just hadn't turned it on, we had tried, but failed). On the positive side, the room's kitchen was clean & well set up, The hotel staff were very professional, helpful and courteous; kindly lent us an umbrella on a very rainy day; sent us off with bottles of water for our trip home. The buffet breakfast was plentiful & good -- offered many options for different tastes.

Room was nice, sofa-bed very uncomfortable. My friend said she could feel the springs in the mattress. The water in the toilet ran constantly. The food was ok, the lady that worked the weekend was not friendly. The front desk staff were great. Breakfast from 7 -9:30 on weekend and 7-9 during the week too early. Should at least last until 10 on weekends. Overall nice hotel. Parking plentiful and convenient.

Was ok for the price. The room had a strange odor and the hot water was only about 90 degrees. On the positive side it was very spacious and had a great location with a short walking distance to downtown.

There was no hot water . I told the front desk, no one every came to fix it. The room was cleanish. It was pet-friendly and the staff was very nice But no hot water for a week was very unpleasant

The upholstered furniture was soiled, the mattress pad was raggedy and didn’t fit the bed, some of the hard furniture had damage. The room smelled like old ramen noodles. The staff at the front desk were helpful. The garage across the street (the only parking for the hotel) was dirty and inconvenient.
