Spacious home located steps from the bay on one side, a family-friendly park on the other, and a quick drive to other local attractions!

This home features 3 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and a kids' playroom perfect for families or groups looking for comfort and space.

There is one flight of stairs to reach the main level, which includes a gourmet kitchen, living and dining area, two bedrooms, and two full baths.

Just off the living room is one of the four private decks—this one has water views. There are also two dens on this floor.

The next flight of stairs takes you up to the primary suite, two more bedrooms, and a laundry room. The house is located right next to a public beach access point. Due to minimal public parking, this is a very quiet beach along the Chesapeake Bay.
