The property is an affordable option right on the beach. And is generally clean. However it shows its age and price with minimal bedding and thin towels. I felt somewhat unsafe but did notice the front desk staff had security cameras for areas like the parking lot.

Location was our priority. The staff was pleasant. Quick easy access to beach. Bed was comfortable. Room clean. 24hr coffee in lobby(No In-Room coffee pots). The facility is old. Could use many renovations. Lots of beach traffic. But, we enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional location and the beach was clean with a safe "lagoon" to swim in. The rooms were clean, but the beds were not queen sized as advertised--they were full size mattresses, so just be aware of that. The breakfast was spartan but had waffle irons that pleased the kiddos. Overall an older motel, but we were happy with our stay given the price and location.
