Clean room; Very accomodating staff - we came in late and they were so kind. They also offered a microwave as we had a baby with us and needed to warm her bottles. They were very warm and friendly especially since it was over the Christmas holiday. Tracy & Shadreka in the 700 Bistro restaurant were very considerate and went above & beyond - even got me fresh lemon slices and honey for a sore throat. I am so grateful for the care and attention to detail including fresh fruit-infused water at the front desk. And the housekeeping staff was always cleaning up the lobby! Plus Ms Brenda at the desk was super informative (helped me to find restaurants that were open Christmas Day plus other relevant info). Really good stay; thank you!

The staff was kind and helpful. However, the shower curtain and tiles were falling out of the wall. The walls were so thin that we were kept up all night by people literally screaming in the hallways and coming in at 3:30 and partying all night. It’s for sure a party hotel and I would not recommend anyone with kids stay here. We were not able to sleep the two nights we stayed which meant my daughter was too tired to enjoy Disney on ice.

It was very strange the way the parking was compared to where the check in was. One-way streets were many. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. Had a problem with the shower but I managed. The restaurant in the hotel was great. The waitress was very nice and help you with your decisions. I will not stay there again, even though I loved the restaurant.
