First off the hotel tried to check me in by charging my credit card that was on file before I was even there to physically Check-in. Because they could not charge the card. I had on file to hold the reservation. They canceled my original reservation. While in route to the location For my Stay, I had to panic and redo a new reservation in order to get a room for that evening. Otherwise I had nowhere to stay. After checking in the room was in poor quality floor was sagging. Lights did not work no towels to take a shower, The TV was broken and would only be on one channel. I could not turn TV off without physically getting up and turning it off. Overall, the money I spent was not worth even $20 for that stay. They are not supposed to check you in until you are physically present. And they tried to charge the card and check me in when I hadn't even left my home yet. Therefore, because they were unable to charge my card. They canceled my reservation. Had I not called to let them know I was going to be late. I would have never known that I didn't have a room to stay in. The nice lady that checked me in was kind however the gentleman that answered the phone was not. That location needs to do A LOT better if they want more business!

Unclean property where the manager is more concerned about FaceTiming with his friend than checking us in. First room not made up, second room looked like it was already slept in. Bugs crawling around. Clothes under the stairs. Unclean lobby. Do not recommend.

Disappointed to say the least.

Check in was good, room size was ok. The toilet was extremely noisy when you would flush. The sink drain was clogged up. They only give you two towels. I went in the morning to ask for another towel and was told no. I would never stay here again

Absolutely Disgusting – Stay Away! We booked two non-smoking rooms for five people and were immediately hit with the strong smell of cigarettes masked poorly by air freshener. Both rooms reeked. The sheets were filthy and stained with what appeared to be bodily fluids—completely unacceptable. There were cigarette burn holes in the sheets, and the pillows were yellow with drool stains. We weren’t expecting luxury, just cleanliness, and this place couldn’t even deliver that. When we approached the manager, she became defensive and raised her voice. Instead of addressing the issue, she blamed us for checking in half an hour early—as if that somehow justified the nasty sheets and lack of basic hygiene. When I asked for her boss, she insisted she was the highest authority. Totally unprofessional. Thankfully, we booked through Expedia, which refunded us for one night. But we were only in those rooms for five minutes—just long enough to realize we couldn't stay. Avoid this place at all costs. Hygiene, professionalism, and basic hospitality were completely absent.

Worst Hotel I Have EVER Seen

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The bed sheets were stained, floors were not swept and the room was just in terrible over all condition. The area was very unsafe. The picture shows a white building....this building was brown and very run down. This room was so terrible we left. When i requested a refund i was denied by both the hotel and hotels.com. We will not be booking through hotels.com

Owners make you pay a 25 deposit when clearly the websites states no additional fees. They say it’s a deposit and you will get back at checkout. Straight up lies.
