The front desk staff were extremely helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and welcoming. The only room for improvement may be the timeframe for breakfast could be extended a bit more during the weekday. I would definitely recommend the Residence Inn.

This hotel was a great short stay! The check-in process was so easy and the guy was really friendly and helpful. He gave local restaurant suggestions and directions. The room was nice and big and clean. The hotel itself looked clean and up to date. There's ample parking right up front and it's pretty quiet. The only minor complaint I had was, room smelled funny. I wish it smelled as good as the elevator. But that's a very minimal complaint. I would definitely recommend and stay there again!

I had a trip planned with my daughters for over six months and booked this hotel well in advance, specifically requesting an early check-in. When we arrived around 1 p.m., we were told the room wasn’t ready. I explained that if it wasn’t available by 2 p.m., we’d have to check in after midnight due to our plans that afternoon and evening. Even by then, our room was still unavailable. When we finally checked in around midnight, the room immediately smelled strongly of human urine. The bed linens had hair under the blankets and visible stains, and the floor was also dirty and stained. It was completely unacceptable. Rather than stay in those conditions, we returned the room keys and made the four-hour drive home at 1 a.m. — exhausted and very disappointed. Be cautious when booking here. This hotel was very deceiving in presentation and definitely not up to Marriott standards.

Upon arrival to leaving, the staff members were very courteous and professional. The rooms are spacious. The central air conditioning system was very comfortable. The bathroom area was spacious and clean with enough towels for everyone. I loved the fact that apart from the bedroom area, there was a large sitting area/ kitchenette, which allowed us to entertain guests, store our food, and sit around a table to eat. The hotel lobby area, breakfast area, and patio areas were all attractive and inviting — just as the pictures advertised. I will be back. What a pleasant experience. Thank you Marriott!
